Personal information that we collect from users
We’ll collect information about visits on the website, including, by way of illustration only, frequency of access into the site and of the pages mostly viewed, surveys results and contact modules, as well as other data of communication and the resources which are accessed. The collection of these statistics information will make the visit to the site much easier in future, since we will be able to suggest content appropriate based on the position from which you access the site. We’ll collect, in your concern, the information given by interested people in the contact modules and in particular: name, surname, e-mail address and phone number. We need these information for answering your requests.
Other non-sensitive information are collected during the participation in our courses only as a presence evidence and for ensuring the tracking of your training course. We use the personal information inserted in modules (site and module of data collection filed in the classroom) with the aim of keep you informed on educational initiatives based on your interest promoted by K Labs.

Personal data given by user, will be conserved and treated by the owner of the treatment in full pricipless of fairness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of confidentiality, with logics strictly related to the purposes of the treatment.

How we use personal information
Personal data will be collected from us and treated for the following purposes: answering your requests or questions by email or phone; adapting contents and resources to users’ preferences; sending other information and communications via email that could be in your interests;to develop and improve further the website and systems for serving better the users.
Retention of personal data
We’ll conserve your information as long as it takes to fulfil to our legal or normative obligations. In general we conserve data for 11 years.
Where personal information are stored and processed
The owner of data treatment uses its employees and partners, as delegates for data’s treatment, related to the purpose for which they’re collected. In every time every user can exercise its rights envisaged from the “Titolo II – Diritti dell’interessato” of D.Lgs 196/2003 “Codice in materia di protezione dei dati personali”, in particular the user has the right to: access and obtain a copy of its personal data: he has the right to ask the confirm that we are treating any of its personal data. In this case the user could have the access to its own data and to some information about they’re treated.
The right of rectification of the personal data: where he is capable to demonstrate the incorrectness of the personal data in our own concerning him, the user has the possibility to ask the update or the rectification of these data.
The right of oblivion/elimination of data: in certain circumstances, the user has the right to cancel its own personal data. The request could be presented at any time; K Labs will evaluate if it could be accorded. However, this right is subject to rights or legal obligations that could require us the keeping of the data. For the situations where, in accordance to the law, it’s settled that the request of the elimination of personal data must be accorded, K Labs will proceed without hesitation. The user has also the right to withdraw the consent at any time.

This policy describes how we operate through cookies
